Truck Driver (CDL and Non-CDL)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over short or long distances while operating a variety of trucks. Responsibilities - Safely drive different types of trucks, including flatbed, tractor-trailer, and tanker vehicles - Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment - Follow specific routes and time schedules - Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues - Maintain a clean and organized truck - Adhere to company rules and regulations - Report defects, accidents, or violations Qualifications - Proven experience as a truck driver or relevant position -Drivers must have 3 years minimum without any driving violations - Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles - Commercial driving experience is preferred - Familiarity with refrigerated trailers is a plus - Excellent driving record - Valid truck driving license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Fuel card Health insurance Paid sick time Parental leave Safety equipment provided Vision insurance Trucking Driver Type: Company driver Trucking Route: Regional People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Driving: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: CDL A (Preferred) CDL (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Peekskill, NY (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Peekskill, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
