OTR Non-CDL Box Truck Driver — 26-Foot Truck Company: MS Logistics Location: Houston/Dallas, TX — Nationwide OTRJob Type: Full-time, W-2 Compensation: 20% of gross revenue plus Bonus/Commission if targets are achieved MS Logistics is hiring a dependable driver to operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck nationwide. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes care of company equipment, and delivers freight safely and on time. Schedule and Travel Stay on the road for 20–25 days at a time. Be comfortable traveling nationwide and spending extended periods away from home. **Overnight rest involves sleeping inside the truck. The company provides a mattress. ** This position is best suited for someone comfortable with the OTR lifestyle. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck and follow traffic laws and applicable DOT requirements. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report mechanical problems promptly. Use the Motive ELD app and accurately maintain duty-status logs. Follow dispatch instructions and communicate pickup, delivery, and delay updates. Check freight counts and condition, secure cargo, and use a pallet jack, straps, and load bars as needed. Assist with loading and unloading when required. Collect and submit clear bills of lading, proof of delivery, and other load documents. Keep the truck and cargo area clean and organized. Requirements Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned truck; no CDL required. Driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance provider. Valid DOT medical certificate, or ability to obtain one before starting. Ability to meet applicable interstate commercial-driver requirements. Ability to use a smartphone for navigation, dispatch communication, document uploads, and Motive. Ability to handle freight equipment and perform the physical duties of the position. Dependable attendance, professional conduct, and respectful communication. Minimum 2 years of driving experience is required. Applicants must meet insurance and driver-qualification requirements.
