Job Overview GoRush Transport is seeking a dependable and experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to operate a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for commercial truck driving on over-the-road (OTR) routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. This role offers the opportunity to work with a professional team while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and professionalism. The position includes weekends off, providing a balanced work schedule. Responsibilities Operate a commercial Class A tractor-trailer, specifically a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia, on over-the-road routes. Safely navigate and drive across various routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance as required by regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery schedules and route updates. Ensure cargo is secured properly and handle any issues that arise during transit professionally. Uphold a strong commitment to safety standards, professionalism, and customer service throughout all operations. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Proven experience in commercial truck driving, particularly over-the-road (OTR) routes. Strong commitment to safety protocols and professionalism on the road. Ability to operate large commercial vehicles responsibly and efficiently. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Dependability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
