AZ Truck Driver – Local Tractor-Trailer Operations Company: BRS Concepts Location: Stratford, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time, Contractual Pay: $25.00 per hour + additional night shift premium Number of Openings: 3 Job Overview BRS Concepts Inc. is seeking three qualified AZ Truck Drivers for a full-time opportunity with our client in Stratford, Ontario. This position involves local tractor-trailer operations, moving trailers between the client's warehouse and a customer facility. Drivers will perform drop-and-hook operations involving automotive stamping products. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious drivers interested in consistent weekday work. Available Shifts Three shifts are available: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please note: Shift timings are tentative and may be adjusted according to operational requirements. Each shift is intended to provide approximately 8 working hours. Fixed shifts are preferred where possible. Shift rotation may also be discussed during the interview. An additional hourly premium applies to the night shift. Candidates should indicate their preferred shift when applying. Shift preferences will be considered based on availability and successful selection. Key Responsibilities Operate a tractor-trailer safely for local movements between the warehouse and customer facility. Perform drop-and-hook trailer operations. Transport trailers carrying automotive stamping products. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as required. Follow applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and site requirements. Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow assigned schedules. Maintain accurate records and report any vehicle or operational concerns. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Ontario AZ driver's licence. Previous tractor-trailer driving experience. Drop-and-hook experience is an asset. Strong commitment to safe driving practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work the assigned shift consistently. Professional communication and a responsible approach to work. Compensation and Schedule $25.00 per hour, plus an additional night shift premium. Full-time, Monday to Friday. Approximately 8 working hours per shift. Potential weekend overtime based on operational requirements. Local driving within Stratford, Ontario. No long-haul or cross-border driving required.
