Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and refrigerated trailers, following all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Plan and navigate routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries across over-the-road (OTR) driving routes Load and unload freight with manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transport Transport hazardous materials (hazmat) and dangerous goods in compliance with hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols Manage logistics cargo handling efficiently, including freight inspection, documentation, and proper load securing techniques Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Maintain accurate delivery logs, shift reports, incident reports, and inbound/outbound shipment documentation Qualifications Proven experience in commercial truck driving, delivery driving, or freight transportation with a focus on route driving Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), with endorsements for hazmat, tanker, or other specialized loads preferred Demonstrated knowledge of FMCSA regulations, hazard materials regulations, DOT regulations, and safety standards Experience operating manual transmission trucks and familiarity with truck loading/unloading procedures Strong understanding of GPS navigation tools and route planning strategies for efficient OTR routes Ability to handle manual handling tasks safely and effectively during load & unload operations Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with all traffic laws Join us as a Truck Driver to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering excellence!
