Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role located in Fresno, CA. The Truck Driver will safely operate company trucks to transport goods to designated locations, following planned routes and delivery schedules. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and unloading cargo as needed, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws at all times. The Truck Driver will also communicate with dispatch, report any vehicle issues promptly, and represent the company professionally in all customer interactions. Qualifications Possession of a valid CDL Class A license and strong truck driving skills. Ability to safely operate and maneuver trucks, including loading and unloading as required. Knowledge of DOT regulations and commitment to full compliance with safety and legal requirements. Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings. Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail in completing routes and documentation. Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Good communication skills and professional conduct with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues. Physical ability to handle lifting, climbing in and out of trucks, and working in varied weather conditions. Previous commercial driving experience preferred; familiarity with regional routes around Fresno is a plus.
