Role Description This full-time, on-site Truck Driver role is based in El Paso, TX and involves transporting freight to and from terminals, warehouses, and customer locations. Responsibilities include safely operating company trucks, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and following all DOT regulations and company policies. The Truck Driver will manage loading and unloading tasks as required, secure freight properly, and maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and delivery documentation. The role also includes communicating with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, delays, and issues, and assisting with basic vehicle care to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Drivers are expected to provide courteous, professional service to customers and represent the company positively on the road and at delivery sites. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license and proven Truck Driving experience with commercial vehicles. Knowledge of DOT Regulations and ability to follow all safety and compliance requirements. Experience with basic freight handling tasks such as loading, securing, and Unloading cargo. Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks and drug screening. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safe driving practices. Physical ability to lift, move, and secure freight and to perform routine vehicle inspections. Good communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
