Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Truck Driver will operate commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to customer locations and distribution centers. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, securing and unloading cargo as needed, following assigned routes and schedules, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The role requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and all traffic laws. The Truck Driver will also communicate with dispatch, report any mechanical issues, and provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong commercial driving skills, including CDL Class A and proven Truck Driving experience. Candidates should possess skills related to safe cargo handling, including experience with Unloading and basic truck operation for loading tasks. Candidates should possess knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements, including familiarity with DOT Regulations and compliance practices. Candidates should possess a clean driving record, strong attention to detail, and the ability to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections accurately. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, reliability in following schedules, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in regional or local trucking within the Dallas-Fort Worth area is a plus.
