CDL-A Truck Driver Company: Ironclad Freight Lines LLC Location: Alabama Job Type: Full-time Estimated Pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year About the Company Ironclad Freight Lines LLC is a new trucking company preparing to launch in early 2027. We are looking for an experienced, dependable CDL-A driver to join our team as we establish our operations and build long-term relationships with customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, communicates professionally, and can help us build a reliable trucking operation from the ground up. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer with a 53-foot dry van. Transport freight while following all applicable federal and state transportation regulations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report mechanical issues promptly. Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, delivery paperwork, and other required records. Communicate professionally regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and route changes. Protect freight and ensure loads are properly secured. Maintain communication with company management throughout each trip. Keep the truck clean and report maintenance needs promptly. Follow company safety policies and customer requirements. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Previous tractor-trailer driving experience. Safe driving history and a professional attitude. Ability to complete required inspections and maintain accurate records. Reliable communication and time-management skills. Ability to comply with DOT regulations and applicable drug and alcohol testing requirements. Willingness to work with a growing company and contribute to a professional, safety-focused team.
