Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Miami, FL. The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver freight to designated locations. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, following all DOT regulations, maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation, and communicating with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and delivery status. The role involves loading and unloading cargo as needed, securing loads, and ensuring that freight is handled carefully to prevent damage. The Truck Driver is expected to maintain a clean and safe vehicle, represent the company professionally with customers and partners, and follow all company safety and operational procedures. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license with a strong foundation in Truck Driving skills. Experience operating commercial Truck equipment and performing basic vehicle checks. Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements for commercial drivers. Ability to handle loading and Unloading tasks safely, including securing and protecting cargo. Clean driving record and adherence to safe driving practices. Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL with flexible schedules, including possible evenings or weekends. Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers, dispatch, and team members. Physical ability to sit for extended periods, lift and move freight as required, and perform routine inspections. Previous experience in regional or local trucking is preferred but not mandatory.
