Duties Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety Load and unload cargo, utilizing heavy lifting techniques and equipment as needed, while ensuring proper handling of all items Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules and optimize fuel consumption Maintain accurate delivery logs, driver logs, and other required documentation for compliance purposes Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper securing of cargo and adherence to company policies Experience Proven experience operating heavy trucks or commercial vehicles in a professional setting Minimum 1 year AZ driving experience PREFFERED Team drivers & Solo drivers welcome No new drivers Clean driving record required Valid USA Visa, Canadian PR, or Canadian Citizenship required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for long-distance driving Excellent navigation skills with the ability to plan routes effectively Physical stamina and agility to handle heavy lifting tasks regularly Prior experience in logistics or transportation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidateEmbark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a real impact!
