CDL Class A OTR Driver (Solo) – Dry Van Job Overview TNO Trucking is currently hiring experienced and professional CDL Class A OTR Solo Drivers to join our growing team. Pay & Benefits $0.75 – $0.87 CPM Average weekly earnings: $3,000 – $3,800 Extra Stops: $50 each Layover Pay: $150 per night Detention Pay: $25/hour Consistent miles year-round Reliable loads Dedicated dispatcher support Respectful and driver-focused work environment Equipment We currently operate: Dry Van Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with FMCSA regulations Transport freight across the United States efficiently and safely Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Secure freight properly and ensure cargo safety during transport Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Deliver loads on time while maintaining a high level of professionalism Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Requirements Valid CDL Class A License Minimum 2 years of OTR experience Clean MVR No accidents within the last 12 months Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flatbed experience is a plus (but not required) Why TNO Trucking?
