Truck Driver

Job Overview As a Truck Driver, you’ll move freight safely and reliably across local and over-the-road (OTR) routes. You’ll operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, and may transport cargo using refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, or tankers, depending on the assignment. This role combines route planning, delivery driving, and careful cargo handling. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries help customers receive their freight and keep supply chains moving. Responsibilities Drive commercial vehicles on assigned routes using GPS navigation and route-driving tools. ; secure cargo and perform manual handling as needed. Complete delivery driving tasks, inspect vehicles and loads, and report issues promptly. Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and hazardous materials regulations when applicable. Transport automobile shipments or dangerous goods only when assigned and properly authorized. Qualifications Required: Valid commercial driving credentials appropriate to the vehicle and cargo; safe truck-driving and driving practices; ability to operate a manual transmission. Required: Ability to handle freight and perform truck loading and unloading safely. Preferred: Delivery driver experience, commercial truck driving, and OTR driving routes. Preferred: Experience with logistics cargo handling, refrigerated trailers, automobile transportation, flatbeds, or tankers. Hazmat (hazardous materials) experience and knowledge of dangerous-goods requirements are preferred; applicable qualifications must match assigned work. Pay: $0.60 - $0.66 per mile Work Location: On the road
