Red Rider Services LLCOTR Truck Driver Red Rider Services is seeking experienced dedicated CDL Flatbed Truck Drivers. We are a small independent family-oriented company. All trucks are automatic 2020-2022 Kenworth T-680's. Every truck is maintenanced every weekend and gone through with a fine tooth comb. We take pride in our equipment and want our employees to drive trucks that are in excellent shape so they are comfortable and stress free. We run our trucks from Oklahoma to North Carolina/South Carolina then back to Oklahoma every week. This lane starts early Monday and typically finishes Friday afternoon. Most weekends will be home if desired. We pay 25% of every dollar the truck makes including detention time, layover pay, etc.We offer a sign on bonus, safety/inspection bonuses, PTO, and full benefits. Responsibilities Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents or violations Skills Proven work experience as a truck driver Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc) Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) Valid truck driving license Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid orientation Paid time off Paid training Referral program Safety equipment provided Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
