Blacktop Express LLCOverview Small local fast growing company located in Denham Springs, LA. W2 full time position New 2026 and 2027 Kenworth T880 sleeper trucks. Operate a truck to transport materials using mostly tanker, some flatbed and van trailer equipment. This role includes handling hazardous materials (Hazmat) and loading and unloading cargo. Home most nights, some runs are overnight. Some special projects will result in two night trips. Most loads are Bleach, Sulfuric Acid, Caustic, and water base products. We deliver to facilities all over Louisiana, East Texas, East Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama. Handle Hazmat materials responsibly and follow relevant safety requirements. Check that the truck, tanker, and load are ready for transport. Maintain a clean truck inside and out, carry basic hand tools for simple fixes. Qualifications 2 years driving experiance. Must be 25 years or older. Must obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements prior to hire date. Ability to perform truck loading and unloading duties. Ability to handle tanker operations and Hazmat materials safely. Safe, responsible driving practices and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with customers.
