Truck Driver 2nd Shift

POSITION PURPOSE The position is responsible for the accurate shipping of product to meet company standards of safety, quality and productivity. This position interacts with other warehouse personnel, management, carriers, vendors and departments on a regular basis and must maintain professional and courteous relationships. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES DATA ENTRY & INTEGRITY: Input data daily in reports as assigned. Maintain Shipping Schedule integrity Maintain Driver log integrity REPORTING & ANALYSIS: Verify all shipments in WMS Follow CGMP standards. End of month reporting verification and validation. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Client Relations Organization Analysis Effective email, phone, and interpersonal communication. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: Manage outbound paperwork flow from office to warehouse operative for loading. Verify order quantities to ensure they are shipping complete Email paperwork to carriers and broker SPECIAL PROJECTS: All other duties as assigned. #LI-DC1 QUALIFICATIONS Include minimum qualifications for formal training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or working experience. Identify the level of knowledge; skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required to perform the essential job responsibilities and duties competently. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, forklift certification. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Simple Math, Microsoft Office, WMS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar clerk role in a warehousing/distribution environment SKILLS/ABILITIES: Intermediate computer skills, ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification and ability to follow directions and work independently. WORKING CONDITIONS NONE: No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions.
