Duties Safely operate Trucks on over-the-road (OTR) routes and local deliveries Load and unload freight with manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo is secured properly according to logistics cargo handling standards Comply with all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) rules, and hazardous materials regulations when transporting dangerous goods or hazardous materials (Hazmat) Deliver freight accurately to designated locations while maintaining communication with dispatch teams for route adjustments or updates Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips; report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly Requirements Valid driver’s license Proven experience in truck driving, delivery driving, or freight transportation with a focus on route driving and load & unload procedures Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently and handle manual loading/unloading tasks efficiently Strong navigation skills using GPS systems; excellent route planning abilities for OTR driving routes Physical stamina for manual handling tasks; ability to lift heavy cargo safely when required Excellent driving record with a focus on safety compliance and adherence to all traffic laws Embark on a rewarding journey as a Truck Driver where every mile driven makes an impact.
