As a vital link in our logistics chain, you will operate a variety of commercial trucks, including manual and automatic trucks. Your role is essential in transporting goods safely and on time, supporting our commitment to exceptional service. We are looking for someone who can work Saturday nights through Wednesday nights. MUST have your double endorsements Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks including tractor-trailers Navigate efficiently using GPS systems to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules. Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT regulations at all times during driving, loading, unloading, and rest periods. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, inspections, deliveries, and in accordance with legal requirements. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report any mechanical issues promptly. Manage delivery documentation accurately while providing excellent customer service upon delivery completion. Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving for deliveries o Demonstrated ability to operate various types of trucks such as tractor-trailers Familiarity with GPS navigation systems for route planning and real-time adjustments. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the type of freight transported (e.g., Twins endorsement). Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, and safety protocols related to trucking operations.
