Truck Driver For Junk Removal Junk Chucker South Florida SOUTH FLORIDA | FULL-TIME Compensation: Hourly Rate + Performance Bonuses About the Position Junk Chucker South Florida is seeking a highly motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Junk Removal Driver. This is a hands-on position that combines safely operating a company truck with loading and removing unwanted items, providing excellent customer service, and helping ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works well with others, is comfortable with physical work, and takes pride in providing a great customer experience. Responsibilities Safely drive company trucks to and from residential and commercial job locations. Load, unload, and safely secure furniture, appliances, household items, debris, and other approved materials. Work alongside helpers and other crew members to complete jobs efficiently. Protect customers' homes, buildings, driveways, and property while removing items. Evaluate items and loads at job sites and communicate any changes in scope before beginning additional work. Transport items to appropriate disposal, recycling, donation, or transfer facilities. Follow company procedures regarding materials that can and cannot be accepted. Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, business clients, and team members. Provide excellent customer service from arrival through completion of each job. Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate. Complete vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain accurate job paperwork, photos, receipts, and other required documentation. Keep company trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Assist with scheduling updates and communicate job status to management as needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Must be fluent in Spanish and able to communicate professionally in English and Spanish. Must reside in South Florida. Experience driving box trucks, dump trucks, moving trucks, or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Junk removal, moving, hauling, delivery, landscaping, construction, or similar physical work experience preferred. Highly motivated, dependable, punctual, and able to work with limited supervision. Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor. Ability to safely lift and carry heavy items with team assistance and proper equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable interacting directly with residential and commercial customers. Ability to use a smartphone for job information, photos, navigation, and communication. Availability for varying start times and occasional weekends. Performance Bonuses Earn additional performance bonuses for selling add-on services and generating customer referrals. We are looking for a driver who does more than simply drive the truck. The right person will recognize additional customer needs, professionally recommend services when appropriate, provide an excellent customer experience, and help generate repeat and referral business.
