Truck Dispatcher
G&M Virk Transportation Inc.Job Description GGH Transport Inc. is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher with dry van and flatbed experience to manage daily dispatch operations and support our growing fleet. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate drivers for dry van and flatbed operations Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules Communicate load details, updates, and instructions to drivers Book loads and negotiate rates with brokers and customers Monitor shipments and resolve delays or issues proactively Ensure compliance with HOS and ELD regulations Handle breakdowns, weather delays, and time-sensitive situations Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation Experience & Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of truck dispatch experience (dry van & flatbed required) Strong knowledge of flatbed load securement (straps, chains, tarps) Experience with load boards and North American lanes Familiar with ELD systems and Hours of Service regulations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficient in dispatch software and basic computer applications Compensation Salary will be discussed upon experience What We Offer Stable, full-time employment Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity for long-term growth How to Apply Apply on Indeed or contact us at: safety@gghtransport.ca +1 (306) 581-5445 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $15.36-$29.58 per hour Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
