Truck Dispatcher

Requirements & Qualifications: Previous experience in the trucking and transportation industry is required . Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong knowledge of truck dispatching, load planning, and driver coordination. Experience communicating and negotiating with brokers, customers, and shippers. Ability to communicate professionally and maintain good relationships with customers. Must be cooperative, professional, and able to work well with drivers, customers, and management. Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize schedules, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of load boards, trucking software, and transportation paperwork is an asset. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch trucks efficiently. Communicate with drivers throughout their trips and provide necessary updates. Find and book loads while negotiating rates with brokers. Maintain communication with customers, brokers, and drivers. Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Handle dispatch-related paperwork and update records Pay: $21.00-$32.30 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
