About the Role We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll make local and regional deliveries throughout the NY Metro area, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut , and assist in the warehouse when not on the road. You’ll be the face of Celtic at customer job sites, so professionalism, communication, and pride in your work are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Deliveries Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load and unload flatbeds and box trucks using forklifts or piggyback (Moffett) equipment Safely deliver materials to customer job sites across the tri-state area Verify, count, and unload materials at delivery locations Provide friendly, professional customer service Operate vehicles safely and responsibly at all times Compliance & Documentation Maintain full DOT compliance Complete accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and route documentation Ensure vehicle registrations and inspections are current Teamwork & Communication Work closely with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers Communicate clearly to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues Follow instructions accurately and support team operations as needed Warehouse Support Assist with unloading, staging, labeling, and general warehouse tasks Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record 3–5 years of driving experience preferred Experience with flatbeds, box trucks, and freight handling Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail Reliable, responsible, and customer‑focused attitude Must have a DOT card Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs Ability to communicate clearly by phone or radio Why Work at Celtic?
