American Community Bank & Trust (ACBT), the largest locally owned bank in McHenry County, is seeking a Treasury Management (TM) Operations Representative! You will support and enhance TM operations by handling setup, maintenance, and client support of treasury management products, online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, remote deposit, ACH, wires, positive pay and mobile applications. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients, and has understanding and experience with TM products and payment services.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience: 2-5 years relevant experience (banking preferred), including at least one (1) year in treasury management.
COMPETENCIES: Communication, Client Orientation, Integrity, Relationship Building, and Results Orientation
