Travel Retail Merchandiser

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Travel Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible to review all the travel reviewers and customers on website. Duties Develop and implement attractive planograms and visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation in travel retail outlets Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory control procedures Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for pricing, sales transactions, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity Coordinate remodeling projects, interior design updates, and store layout improvements using schematics and visual design principles Train and develop store staff on merchandising standards, product placement, and customer service best practices Utilize mobile devices and digital tools to monitor stock levels, update displays, and communicate with team members effectively Ensure cleanliness, safety protocols (including ladder use and manual handling), and proper material handling equipment operation are maintained at all times Requirements Proven experience in retail store management or visual merchandising within a travel retail or similar environment Supervising experience with leadership capabilities to guide teams effectively Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual concepts and schematics Strong marketing knowledge to develop compelling branding strategies that resonate with diverse customer bases Multilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively across international markets Familiarity with planogram implementation, merchandising standards, and remodeling processes Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely for store visits or client meetings; experience with material handling equipment is a plus Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering memorable shopping experiences Basic math skills for pricing adjustments, retail math calculations, and inventory management tasks Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and frequent movement within retail environments Join us as a Travel Retail Merchandiser where your creativity meets operational excellence!
