Signature Retail Services is hiring experienced Steel Racking and Fixture Installers to support large-scale retail installation and remodel projects. For the next several months, selected team members will travel to California and surrounding markets to assist with active West Coast projects. As new projects begin closer to home, employees will transition to assignments throughout the Midwest region. This position is ideal for experienced Fixture Installers with experience supporting projects in Lowe's or Home Depots, construction laborers, warehouse professionals, and other motivated hands-on individuals who are comfortable with heavy lifting to move materials, operating hand/ power tools, tear down and installation of steel racking, and overnight project work. Big-Box Home Improvement store Remodel merchandising experience is a plus! What You'll Do: Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel racking, pallet racking, cantilevers, shelving, fixtures, and displays Complete fixture teardowns, rebuilds, department resets, and store remodel projects Read project plans, measurements, and installation instructions Safely use drills, impact drivers, hand tools, power tools, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts Move and position heavy fixtures, materials, and retail products Set merchandise, signage, and displays according to planograms and project specifications Work closely with project leads, store management, and installation crews to meet project deadlines Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout each project Complete project reporting using a smartphone or handheld device Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Complete other job-related duties as assigned Preferred Experience: 1- 3+ years experience in Steel Racking, Pallet racking, or cantilever installation Retail fixture installation or commercial remodel work Construction, carpentry, warehouse installation, or material-handling experience Experience using hand and power tools Remodel merchandising, resets, or planogram experience Forklift, scissor lift, aerial lift, or OSHA training Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance Available for travel weekly throughout your assigned region and surrounding states (home most weekends) Skilled operating hand tools and power tools, including impact drills, screwdrivers, saws, tape measures, and box cutters Strong attention to detail, and Comfortable working independently and as part of an installation crew Own a working smartphone for communication and comfortable using it for scheduling, following detailed project instructions and in-store reporting Comfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules. Forklift certification is a plus but not required- OSHA Training Provided! This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shifts This position involves regular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbs. consistently throughout the duration of the shift.
