Transportation Support Assistant

Job Summary Sandollar Limousine is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Transportation Support Assistant to help coordinate daily transportation services and support smooth operations. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, passenger communication, driver coordination, trip documentation, and general administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily transportation schedules and service requests. Help arrange passenger pickups, drop-offs, and trip assignments. Communicate with drivers and customers regarding schedules, locations, and service updates. Provide courteous assistance to passengers and respond to routine questions. Monitor scheduled trips and report delays or unexpected service issues. Maintain accurate trip records, transportation logs, and related documentation. Assist with confirming reservations and updating scheduling information. Coordinate with team members to support timely and reliable transportation services. Report vehicle availability, cleanliness, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Follow company procedures and applicable transportation safety requirements. Perform general administrative and operational support duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in transportation, limousine services, customer service, or scheduling is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle changing schedules and multiple tasks. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Work Environment This position may involve working in an office or transportation operations setting, with regular communication with drivers, passengers, and customers.
