Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop new carrier relationships while growing existing partnerships. Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers throughout your assigned region. Negotiate competitive market rates with carriers to achieve financial goals. Maintain a strong understanding of transportation market conditions and industry trends. Identify opportunities to improve costs and operational efficiency. Monitor and manage shipments from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery. Proactively address and resolve issues that arise throughout the day. Contribute creative ideas and strategies to support continued business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
