Transportation Specialist

Professional Transportation Specialist (Children & Adults) We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Transportation Specialists to provide safe and dependable transport for a variety of clients, including children and adults. As a transportation specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients can attend essential appointments and activities, such as family visits, school, and court-ordered services. This role requires professionalism, a commitment to safety, and the ability to interact with diverse populations with sensitivity and respect. ~Driver Pay~ Hourly Rate: $17.00 Company vehicle provided Paid Overtime ~Key Responsibilities~ - Provide safe and dependable transportation services. - Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, including proper seatbelt and child safety restraint use (including installation of car seats and booster seats). - Provide "door-to-door" service, escorting clients to and from the vehicle and ensuring a verified hand-off to an authorized recipient for minors. - Maintain open communication with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or any incidents. - Adhere to strict confidentiality and safety protocols regarding all client information. - Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle. - Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly on the company mobile app. ~Qualifications & Requirements~ - High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - 25 years of age or older - Valid Arizona driver's license. - Eligible to obtain an active Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. (Current card holders are a HUGE PLUS) - Must have a reliable, fully operable smartphone (cell phone) for on-duty communications. - Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Adhere to the dress code (e.g., no offensive slogans, revealing clothing, sandals/flip-flops). ~Driving Record ~ - 5 years of certified MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) - No DUI or DWI convictions ~Background Screening~ - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. - Must pass a Central Registry background check. - Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be willing to submit to random drug testing. ~Locations~ We are hiring immediately across multiple counties in Arizona.
