What you’ll own: • Transportation network optimization & freight cost reduction • Carrier, broker & 3PL management • Domestic, international & cross-border transportation • Route, load & capacity optimization • JIT/JIS automotive logistics support • Transportation analytics, KPIs & continuous improvement • Freight bids, carrier negotiations & strategic sourcing • TMS/logistics technology optimization What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of transportation, logistics or supply chain experience • Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred • Experience with carriers, brokers & 3PLs • Strong knowledge of FTL/LTL, expedited, intermodal and cross-border transportation • Proven track record of freight savings and network improvement • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills 🎯 Ideal candidate: A hands-on transportation professional who can operate strategically while solving real-time logistics challenges across plants, carriers, suppliers and customers.
