Key Responsibilities: Safely drive patients to and from appointments as scheduled Coordinate with clinics to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Maintain accurate transportation logs and submit weekly reports Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained Report any traffic incidents or violations within 1 hour Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid California Class C driver’s license with no more than 1 point Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist patients as needed Must complete CPR certification and driver safety training (provided) Why Ampla Health?
