Transportation Service Worker

Job Summary Good Vibes Transportation is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Transportation Service Worker to support daily transportation services and help ensure passengers receive safe, reliable, and professional assistance. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with drivers, passengers, and other team members. In this role, you will assist with transportation arrangements, support passenger service activities, coordinate schedules, communicate trip updates, and help maintain accurate transportation records. Your contribution will help keep daily transportation operations organized and provide a positive experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily transportation service operations and assigned tasks. Help coordinate passenger pickup and drop-off arrangements. Communicate transportation schedules and service updates to passengers and team members. Provide courteous assistance to passengers with general transportation questions. Support drivers with trip information, route updates, and scheduling details. Help organize transportation requests and maintain accurate trip records. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed and within assigned responsibilities. Report delays, cancellations, and service-related concerns to supervisors. Help maintain organized transportation documents, forms, and service records. Monitor assigned transportation requests and communicate changes promptly. Assist with preparing vehicles and service areas for daily operations when required. Report vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns to the appropriate team members. Coordinate with dispatch and other departments to support efficient transportation services. Maintain a professional, respectful, and helpful attitude when interacting with passengers. Follow company policies, customer service standards, and workplace safety procedures. Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in transportation, passenger services, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. Ability to handle changing schedules and transportation needs. Valid driver's license may be required if driving is part of the assigned duties. Work Environment This position involves working in a transportation service environment and may include office coordination, passenger assistance, and occasional field support. Daily activities may require communicating with passengers, coordinating with drivers, assisting with transportation arrangements, and maintaining service records.
