Job Summary Xtreme Transportation is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Transportation Service Associate to support daily transportation operations and provide professional assistance to customers and passengers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate transportation activities efficiently. In this role, you will assist with scheduling transportation services, communicating trip details, coordinating with drivers, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate service records. Your contribution will help ensure transportation services are delivered smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily transportation services and customer requests. Help organize passenger pickup and drop-off schedules. Communicate trip details, route information, and schedule updates to drivers and customers. Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation arrangements and service availability. Confirm pickup locations, destinations, travel times, and special service instructions. Assist with monitoring transportation requests and assigned trips. Communicate delays, cancellations, and schedule changes to relevant team members. Maintain accurate trip records, service forms, and transportation documentation. Support dispatch personnel with driver assignments and daily scheduling activities. Help prepare transportation reports and organize operational paperwork. Report vehicle concerns, passenger issues, and service-related problems to supervisors. Coordinate with drivers and internal departments to resolve routine service issues. Provide courteous and professional customer assistance. Maintain organized electronic and physical transportation records. Follow company policies, customer service standards, and workplace safety procedures. Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when required. Valid driver's license may be required if driving is part of the assigned duties. Work Environment This position involves working in a transportation service and operations environment. Daily activities may include coordinating schedules, communicating with passengers and drivers, responding to service requests, and maintaining transportation records. Employees may work in an office, dispatch area, or occasionally assist with field operations depending on assigned responsibilities.
