Job Summary Good Vibes Transportation is seeking a dependable, friendly, and service-oriented Transportation Service Associate to support daily transportation activities and help provide a positive experience for customers. In this role, you will assist with coordinating transportation requests, communicating with customers and drivers, organizing trip information, and supporting daily service operations. Your contribution will help ensure transportation arrangements are handled efficiently and customer needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily transportation requests, schedules, and service arrangements. Communicate with customers to confirm trip details, pickup times, and destination information. Provide courteous assistance to customers with general transportation questions. Coordinate with drivers and operations staff to support scheduled transportation services. Share relevant trip updates, schedule changes, and service instructions with team members. Help monitor transportation schedules and report delays or service concerns. Maintain accurate records of trip assignments, customer requests, and completed services. Assist with organizing transportation documents and administrative records. Respond professionally to routine customer concerns and direct complex issues to supervisors. Help coordinate changes to transportation arrangements when necessary. Support efficient vehicle and driver scheduling based on operational needs. Follow company procedures and applicable transportation and passenger safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve routine service and scheduling issues. Perform additional transportation support duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in transportation, customer service, hospitality, or dispatch is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude. Good organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail when handling customer and trip information. Basic computer skills, including email and data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when required. Work Environment This position involves working in a transportation service environment. Daily activities may include assisting customers, coordinating trip information, communicating with drivers, and supporting administrative and scheduling tasks.
