Transportation Senior Analyst, Parcel & LTL Management

What We Need (Tampa, FL) Exol is seeking a Transportation Senior Analyst, Parcel & LTL Operations to coordinate and manage daily Parcel and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) transportation activities across our fulfillment network, while also supporting Retail Consolidation operations as business needs evolve. This role serves as a key operational contact for carriers, fulfillment teams, customers, and related stakeholders to ensure shipments are processed, executed, tracked, and delivered according to customer requirements and service commitments. The Analyst will work with Manhattan TMS, carrier platforms, and related operating systems to manage shipment execution, monitor carrier performance, resolve delivery exceptions, and support transportation cost control. The role will also contribute to broader transportation execution activities, including shipment planning, carrier coordination, and exception management within the Retail Consolidation network. The ideal candidate combines strong operational knowledge of Parcel and LTL transportation, flexibility to support different transportation services, analytical skills, customer-facing communication, urgency, and attention to detail. What We Do Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across wholesale, retail, and general merchandising sectors. Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank. What You’ll Do Parcel & LTL Shipment Execution: Coordinate daily Parcel and LTL transportation activities, including shipment processing, carrier selection, rate shopping, tendering, pickup coordination, and delivery follow-up to support customer service commitments. Carrier Coordination & Service Management: Serve as a primary operational contact for Parcel and LTL carriers, manage pickup and delivery issues, monitor service performance, and ensure carrier execution aligns with established transportation requirements. Shipment Visibility & Exception Management: Monitor shipment status, transit performance, delivery exceptions, and Proof of Delivery (POD), coordinate recovery actions for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments, and maintain timely communication with customers and internal teams. Retail Consolidation Operations Support: Support daily Retail Consolidation transportation activities as needed, including shipment planning, carrier coordination, pickup and delivery appointments, execution monitoring, and exception resolution in collaboration with the dedicated transportation teams. Transportation Systems & Cost Accuracy: Maintain shipment and transportation data accuracy across TMS and carrier platforms, review freight charges and accessorial, identify billing discrepancies, and support freight audit and claims resolution. Performance & Continuous Improvement: Track transportation KPIs, analyze shipping costs and service trends, identify opportunities to improve carrier performance and transportation efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across transportation services. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation planning, load optimization, routing, dispatch, or logistics operations. Working knowledge of FTL and LTL transportation, tendering, capacity management, pickup and delivery execution, and carrier service requirements. Experience utilizing Transportation Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Active TM.
