Transportation Operations Manager

Nu-Way Transportation is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Transportation Operations Manager to join our team based in Bossier City La . This position will oversee a fleet operation of 20-30 Class A CDL drivers. Pay: 65-75K based on Experience and Qualifications Responsibilities: Promote and manage the required high level of safety performance Maintain customer satisfaction and relationships Responsible for driver hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll Conduct quarterly safety meetings Key point of contact for customer and drivers Oversee scheduled maintenance/repairs on equipment Promote Employee/Driver Retention Requirements: Proven leadership skills through a positive and professional mentality Management/supervisory experience required Knowledgeable in DOT/FMSCA regulations Proven computer and organizational skills, with effective communication ability Ability to travel to remote locations as needed Team player with 24/7 accessibility.
