Job Description The Operations Manager (OM) will report to the General Manager and assist with the supervisory responsibilities outlined below. This position is onsite and requires active communication and collaboration with the client and other vendors. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
