orting. The Transportation Operations Analyst will work with carriers, warehouses, and service providers to monitor deliveries, resolve issues, analyze transportation data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor carrier performance, inbound/outbound shipments, deliveries, and transportation KPIs.
• Analyze transportation data and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and service providers to resolve shipment and delivery issues.
• Prepare weekly operational reports, performance metrics, and transportation analysis.
• Identify shipping and receiving bottlenecks and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
• 3 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics and 3 years iin WMS
• Strong experience with carrier management, shipment coordination, and delivery operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, data analysis, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, freight, or carrier operations is strongly preferred. Warehouse experience and experience working with multiple carriers or service providers is a plus.
