We currently have an opening for a Medical Records/Central Supply Transportation candidate. The successful qualified candidate will be part of an incredible team that helps to ensure that each of our residents is given the best quality of care and wonderful stay that they expect and deserve. Central Supply duties : Accurately stock inventory and fill exchange, par and linen carts to provide supplies to the end user Perform data entry in supply management systems to track, charge, and credit department and patient supplies/equipment. Receive and stock Sterile Processing Department inventory/equipment to ensure a ready supply for department use. Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Medical Records duties: Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion Transportation Driver Requirements: Drivers are responsible for transporting wheelchair-bound patients as well as Ambulatory patients and patients that may need assistance in getting to and from their medical appointments and / or any other destination.
