The Heritage at Brentwood is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Driver to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities Coordinates the day-to-day transportation operations for independent living, skilled nursing, and assisted living residents. Generates the Daily Transportation Schedule and the Monthly Driver Schedule. Supervises and trains all drivers. Operates company vehicles and buses when required. Maintains efficient and proactive communication with residents, transportation and community life services team, other departments, outside vendors and agencies, and other communities. Manages vehicle records, calculates scheduled trip costs and submitted receipts Researches trip logistics, routes, and schedules Maintains cleanliness of community vehicles Transports vehicle to service location for preventive maintenance as needed and notifies supervisor regarding any necessary repairs or malfunctions. Qualifications Must possess a valid Tennessee drivers’ license with CDL endorsement (Class A or B with P endorsement) Must be able to attain and/or retain DOT Medical certification Good driving record with no restrictions & ability to follow traffic and driver safety laws Minimum 2 years' transportation experience in senior living or hospitality environment preferred Must be flexible with scheduled hours that may include some early mornings, evenings, nights and occasional weekends as scheduled Must be able to interpret and follow GPS/map directions Must be able to present a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with all residents at all times Must be ability to lead and work collaboratively and constructively with a team Visit our website: https://www.theheritagelcs.com/careers/ Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required; marijuana not included on pre-hire drug screening An Equal Opportunity Employer
