Key Responsibilities:
• Plan freight movements around shipment requirements and event deadlines
• Select carriers, secure capacity, and coordinate pickup schedules
• Track shipments and communicate delays, risks, and recovery plans
• Maintain customs records, HS codes, and re-export deadlines
• Analyze carrier performance, freight costs, claims, and billing issues
Requirements:
• Transportation and logistics experience with freight planning
• Experience coordinating carriers and negotiating freight rates
• Cross-border and international freight experience
• Management experience overseeing transportation or logistics operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
