Understand customer expectations, communicate consistently, and take ownership when issues need resolution. 📈 Grow Your Accounts Expand existing relationships by increasing contractual freight volume, identifying strategic spot opportunities, and recommending solutions that meet customer shipping needs. 💬 Deliver Proactive Service Provide updates before customers have to ask, anticipate challenges, and recommend improvements or more cost-effective shipping options. 💰 Coordinate Pricing & Win Opportunities Work with Pricing, brokers, and leadership to deliver competitive quotes.
