Job Summary Speedy Car Logistics Louisville is seeking an organized and dependable Transportation Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and transportation operations. The successful candidate will assist with coordinating vehicle movements, scheduling transportation assignments, communicating with drivers and customers, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate operational records. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and a commitment to efficient and reliable service. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating vehicle transportation schedules and delivery assignments. Support route planning and logistics arrangements for vehicle movements. Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members regarding pickup and delivery details. Monitor transportation progress and provide updates on vehicle delivery status. Maintain accurate records of vehicle shipments, pickup details, and delivery confirmations. Verify transportation documents and ensure required information is complete. Help coordinate pickup and drop-off appointments. Report scheduling conflicts, delays, vehicle condition concerns, or other operational issues. Assist with resolving routine logistics and customer service inquiries. Organize transportation paperwork, invoices, and related records. Follow company procedures and applicable transportation safety requirements. Provide general administrative support to the logistics team. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or administrative support is an advantage. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or scheduling systems. Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment This position may involve working in an office, vehicle logistics facility, or transportation coordination setting. Regular communication with drivers, customers, and logistics personnel is expected. The role may require flexibility when schedules or delivery arrangements change.
