Transportation & Fleet Coordinator — Part-Time, CDL Required

Position Summary The Transportation & Fleet Coordinator helps ensure children get safely and reliably to Club programs. This hands-on position manages transportation schedules, coordinates the maintenance and readiness of Club vans and buses, and provides driving coverage when needed. Responsibilities Schedule transportation for school pickups, field trips and Club activities. Coordinate routes, passenger rosters, vehicle assignments and driver coverage. Drive Club vans and buses as needed. Schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs and inspections. Maintain vehicle records, mileage logs and service schedules. Ensure vehicle safety concerns are addressed before vehicles return to service. Communicate transportation changes with families, schools, staff and outside providers. Follow child-accountability procedures, including boarding, authorized release and post-trip vehicle checks. Track transportation expenses and report concerns to leadership. Qualifications Current CDL with the appropriate class and endorsements for assigned vehicles. Acceptable driving record and ability to meet Club and insurance requirements. Passenger transportation experience; experience transporting children preferred. Strong organization, scheduling and communication skills. Ability to coordinate vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate records. Ability to complete required background screening and training. Schedule Hours will be based on Club transportation needs and may include school pickup times, split shifts, field trips and occasional evenings or weekends. Full-time employment may be considered based on qualifications and organizational needs.
