We are a small, homelike long-term care facility with a dedicated female memory care unit, and we are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for working with the elderly and helping our residents maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for caring for and serving the elderly Compassionate, patient, and dependable Energetic and enthusiastic personality Creative and willing to learn Comfortable interacting with residents and families Ability to assist residents safely with transportation needs Professional and friendly demeanor Experience with medical records and/or having CNA is a plus Current CPR certification required Valid Class E driver's license required Safe driving record Schedule Full-Time Days Evenings Weekend availability required Why Lawson Manor?
