Transportation Driver

At Westgate at Wildwood Ranch, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for our residents. Our transportation team plays a vital role in keeping our residents connected to the community, helping them get safely to medical appointments, specialist visits, dialysis and activity outings. Roles and Responsibilities: Safe Transport: Safely operate facility van to transport residents to scheduled medical and personal appointments Mobility Assistance: Assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents in and out of the vehicle, and properly secure wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility devices Appointment Coordination: Coordinate trip schedules with nursing staff, the activities director, and outside clinics Vehicle Maintenance: perform pre- and post- trip safety inspections, monitor routine maintenance (oil changes, tire checks), and keep vehicle clean Compassionate Care; Greet residents warmly, exhibit patience, and provide reliable, dignified door-to-door support Qualifications and Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED equivalent, Active CPR certification We offer: competitive hourly pay health, dental and vision benefits Paid time off
