Transportation Dispatcher/Driver Manager

Transportation Dispatcher Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and organized Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation services, communicate with drivers and customers, and help ensure all scheduled trips are completed safely and on time. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily transportation services. Monitor driver locations and trip schedules. Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding pickups, drop-offs, and schedule changes. Communicate professionally with customers regarding transportation arrangements. Handle last-minute changes, delays, cancellations, and other transportation issues. Maintain accurate trip and driver records. Ensure drivers are following assigned schedules and routes.
