Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on professionalism and efficiency. Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns promptly. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services. Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry. Trucking in Air/Ocean industry is a plus. Proven ability to build rapport with clients, fostering positive relationships. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with transportation management software and systems. Positive and professional demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual is a plus.
