Transportation Dispatcher

Dispatcher responsible for coordinating daily shipping and material movements within a manufacturing facility. Key Duties Include Schedule and dispatch inbound and outbound trucks; communicate with drivers, carriers, and plant teams. Prioritize orders and help maintain on-time deliveries. Ensure accurate documentation for containerboard and packaging products. Monitor inventory status, coordinate movements, and optimize routing. Update ERP/dispatch systems and resolve logistical issues as they arise. Support continuous improvement focused on service, efficiency, and sustainability. Maintain a strong safety mindset in all dispatch and transportation activities. Qualifications / skills : strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail for documentation accuracy, comfort working with ERP/dispatch systems, ability to prioritize under changing conditions, and a safety-first approach.
