What You’ll Do:
- Design highways, local roads, parking lots, traffic signals, and lighting systems
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and design studies
- Develop concept plans, grant applications, and technical reports
- Provide design support during construction and review engineering drawings
- Collaborate with clients, construction teams, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in developing project proposals, scopes, schedules, and staffing estimates
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a transportation emphasis
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 5–10+ years of transportation design experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MicroStation
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, GEOPAK, OpenRoads, Civil3D, ArcInfo, or Microsoft Project is a plus
- Knowledge of MoDOT, IDOT, and IL Tollway standards is highly desirable

Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000
