(NAHT) Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking CoalitionNASHVILLE ANTI HUMAN TRAFFICKING COALITION Transportation Coordinator & Rescue Admin in Training Job Description Department Rescue / Transportation Works with Lead Rescue Coordinator Employment Status Full-Time Salary $45,000 annually Professional Development Opportunity to participate in LADAC supervision while training in Rescue administration Position Summary The Transportation Coordinator & Rescue Admin in Training supports the day-to-day transportation needs of Rescue and Restore participants while receiving structured, hands-on training in Rescue administration. The position works with the Lead Rescue and Transportation Coordinator, and is designed to build competency in transportation coordination, participant support, Rescue documentation, placement communication, and administrative workflow. This role requires compassion, sound judgment, confidentiality, strong boundaries, and consistent documentation. Because transportation time often creates opportunities for members to share concerns or important updates, the employee is expected to listen respectfully, maintain professional boundaries, document relevant information, and promptly communicate concerns through the appropriate Rescue leadership channels. As part of professional development, the employee will have the opportunity to participate in LADAC supervision, as appropriate and subject to NAHT supervision requirements, supervisor eligibility, and applicable credentialing standards. Primary Responsibilities 1. Transportation Coordination · Coordinate and provide safe, timely transportation for Rescue and Restore participants as assigned. · Transport participants to approved locations, including Sweet Daisy, detox/treatment, sober living, grocery stores/Walmart, court dates, probation or parole meetings, recovery meetings, DMV/court clerk visits, medical or therapy appointments, Bible study, Restore classes, and other approved destinations. · Obtain leadership approval before transportation outside the Metro/Davidson County area or for any destination outside normal approved transportation practices. · Document all transportation, tasks completed, participant updates, and relevant concerns in Apricot according to NAHT documentation expectations. · Document mileage accurately and consistently. · Communicate schedule changes, transportation barriers, participant concerns, or safety issues to Lead Rescue Coordinator and/or appropriate NAHT leadership promptly. · Maintain professional boundaries and follow NAHT safety, confidentiality, and transportation policies at all times. 2. Rescue Administration - Training Responsibilities · Train directly under Amber Eells in Rescue administrative processes and daily Rescue workflow. · Assist with entering screenings, assessments, participant updates, placement information, and other Rescue documentation into Apricot as assigned and trained. · Learn and support accurate documentation of participant needs, placement moves, and major updates throughout a participant’s Rescue journey. · Assist with communication and coordination related to participant needs, appointments, placements, and transportation logistics. · Help maintain organized Rescue records and follow NAHT documentation, confidentiality, and escalation procedures. · Assist with updating Letters of Hope or other Rescue communication materials when placement information changes, as assigned. · Prepare supplies from the Rescue Closet for women being served through Rescue. · Notify Rescue leadership when Rescue Closet supplies are low and assist with keeping the Rescue Closet clean, organized, and ready for participant needs. 3. Supply, and Program Support · Assist with maintaining participant supplies, snacks, drinks, and other approved program supplies as needed. · Support special Rescue-related projects, participant needs, and program activities as assigned. · Attend required staff meetings, trainings, supervision meetings, and departmental meetings.
